If the world managed to get a bottle of Coke on every table, we can muster the resources to ensure everyone in West Africa has access to affordable quality primary care.” — Nasser Diallo Clinic+O Founder & CEO

ABOUT US.

Clinic+O was founded in September 2020 by Nasser Diallo in New York City. Originally from Guinea in West Africa, Nasser saw the ongoing healthcare crisis in the region being compounded by COVID-19, Ebola, and other persistent conditions. Along with concern for his own family in Guinea, Nasser felt an obligation to do something that would improve conditions for anyone who needed access to healthcare, especially those living in poverty. With help from a number of local physicians, Nasser was able to recruit an initial team of doctors and nurses who began working as independent contractors to provide primary care services both in person and virtually, using Clinic+O's platform.

From sub-Saharan Africa to the United States to Europe, Diallo’s professional career spans from journalism to impact-driven social media strategy work inside UNICEF, the United Nations, and the campaign of President Emmanuel Macron, to community activism in support of eradicating HIV-related discrimination, and helping skilled immigrants rebuild their professional careers in the United States. A graduate of Oxford University, The George Washington University, and Sciences Po (France), Nasser was a Policy Program Manager at Facebook working in Sub-Saharan Africa and the EU, before leaving the company to run Clinic+O as full-time CEO between Guinea and New York.
